Expertise / Risk & Safety Coordination
Service Overview
Teams That Know What to Do, Before They Have To
We identify what your teams need to be prepared for, specify the programme and coordinate its delivery by licensed training providers, contracted and invoiced directly by you.
A Procedure Is Only as Strong as the People Who Remember It
Most organizations already have rules, policies and emergency procedures. What is often missing is the confidence to apply them: staff who have never practiced a response tend to hesitate, improvise or wait for instructions at the very moment a clear first action matters most.
NEX analyses the organization’s activities, premises and people, defines what each group needs to know and do, and selects and coordinates the licensed training providers who deliver the programme under contract with the client: leadership and crisis teams, office and site staff, travelers and expatriate families, and everyone who handles valuable assets.
Each programme is specified around situations participants may actually meet and aligned with the organization’s own plans, so that what is learned remains usable long after the sessions.
What Organizations Want
A programme that fits the workplace
Sessions built around the organization’s real premises, activities and exposures, not a generic slide deck.
Practical skills, not theory
Hands-on formats, specified for each group, that let participants practice a first reaction instead of simply listening to a lecture.
Something to remember it by
Clear, simple reference material that staff can rely on after the session, in the moment it matters.
The NEX Difference
Adapted to context
Content is specified for the audience, the site and the local environment, whether for an office, a site or a residence.
Licensed providers
Sessions are delivered by licensed training providers, selected for the audience and contracted directly by the client.
Connected to the wider plan
Each programme is aligned with the organization’s existing procedures and crisis arrangements, so that people rehearse what they would actually be asked to do.
Our Approach and Practice
Assess
We review the organization’s activities, premises, existing procedures and audience to define what each group needs to know and do.
Specify and select
We write the programme specification, from crisis-team drills to travel readiness and the careful handling of valuable assets, and help the client select licensed providers.
Coordinate and review
We coordinate the sessions with the provider, review the results with the client and recommend refreshers, so that the learning holds over time.
